Telling Tales

One of my favourite walks in Mount Gambier, is the trail around the valley lakes. Along the track, there are sections with pine trees, and whenever the flocks of yellow-tail black cockatoos are around, you always see pinecones that have been ripped apart, littering the path. I enjoy imagining them delving into their feast, and always look up to see if I can spot them flying around together.
