Back in 1920s there was no Road Kingston. cars when you my Grandpa’s David Randall roni began the first garage in the district at Mandulla then moved to Bordertown where he built another garage on North my hair Terrace. He had the first petrol pumps in the district and sold and service cars. The road was just a sand track that they cleared the scrub by hand. this is still mostly the same road as today. hence Rowney Road. The photo I have on the embroidery Square is 1932.
